Q: What is re-rolling?
A: Because
the game accounts are saved by an ID and Password system you are able
to clear the data of the game to restart the game with the initial free
pulls with any additional gems available during that time.
Q: How do I re-roll?
A: You
re-roll by uninstalling the app and reinstalling it; it's that simple.
However there is a faster way using rooted Android devices or simply an
emulator like Droid4x. This method can be easily searched for and there
is already an in-depth tutorial with a file you can use. Currently issued Passwords last 3 months.
Q: Should I re-roll? Do I need to re-roll?
A: Re-rolling
is a great way to make sure you get that character your wanted. The
need for a re-roll is a case-by-case situation. I for example started
with Three Thousand Worlds Zoro (the easier evolution of the base Zoro)
and Cabin Boy Helmeppo. With that start I didn't struggle at all,
however that was in the early stages of the game.
Q: Okay, I think I will re-roll because I don't like what I have. What should I save or keep an eye on while re-rolling?
A: There
are a lot of options here from picking your favorite character to
picking strong ones. If it is your favorite character and is Rare
Recruit only, then that wouldn't be a bad choice. However, if you really
want to start off strong then here is a list of suggested re-roll
starts:
Non-Sugofest Re-rolling
- Arlong: Having an Arlong off the bat will save you time farming (this can be really bad if you're an unlucky person) for a strong starter captain and basically permanent subordinate unit.
- Shanks: Shanks is a Rare Recruit only unit who is also a strong PSY Slasher unit and captain. Shanks will be a perfect subordinate in your Arlong or eventually Mihawk Slasher crews and a solid captain for your Turtle Time crews.
- Luffy Third Gear/Balloon: Easily one of the strongest captains, albeit annoying to learn, in the game. Third Gear offers a lot of flexibility and has few, but glaring, weaknesses.
- Happiness Punch/Fine Tempo Nami: The best INT type captain in the game and is Rare Recruit only!
- Vista: A tanky alternative to Nami who is also Rare Recruit only!
- Miss All Sunday/Nico Robin: If you are starting off with Nami or Vista you do not want to start without a Robin, she is key to the INT type crews! She is also Rare Recruit only.
- Law: The strongest DEX type captain in the game and Rare Recruit only!
- Apoo: If you're pulling a Law you might as well pull Apoo too since both are needed for their combo. Plus Apoo is a perfect captain for QCK type Turtle Time events and he is Rare Recruit only!
- Ace: The strongest QCK type captain in the game and Rare Recruit only, but QCK crews are not recommended to start with due to low potential.
- Jozu: The tanky alternative to Ace and is also Rare Recruit only.
- Bartholomew Kuma: A tanky STR type captain and Rare Recruit only!
- Kid: The strongest Striker type captain in the game and Rare Recruit only!
- Urouge: A tanky alternative to Kid, but also an important subordinate to consider when rolling with Kid. Rare Recruit only!
- Jimbei: The strongest Fighter type captain in the game, however it is not recommended to start with Fighter crews as they take a lot of work and have no special advantage over the others. Rare Recruit only!
- Marco: A very important member to PSY crews and the best Turtle Time captain currently in the game! Rare Recruit only.
- Whitebeard: A strong unit with amazing captain potential due to a consistent 3x ATK bonus to all units while below 30% HP. With double Whitebeard captains and Mihawk as a subordinate you can lower your enemies down to ~34% HP just from their special abilities alone!
- Rayleigh: A fantastic captain with easy usage, high versatility, and great potential. Not much is needed to be said here.
- Boa Hancock: Whether you want her as a trophy unit or as a legit captain, she is great for both!
- Sengoku: Often considered the weakest of the Sugofest legends, he is still a lot stronger than a majority of normal units in the game. Amazing for players considering free-to-play mentality as most farm-able units are boosted by him.
